GUIDELINES FOR ABSTRACT SUBMISSION (Abstract submission is now open)
All abstracts must be submitted to ztsj@cdutcm (cc to tangyong@cdutcm.edu.cn) as a Word file(see below).
Abstracts received after July 31, 2025 will not be considered for the meeting. The presenting author need not be the first author, but must be a listed author and marked as it in the corresponding field.
The presenting author of abstract must register to attend meeting by July 31, 2025 , otherwise the abstract will not be published. After having submitted your abstract, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with your reference number.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR AUTHORS
DOWNLOAD THE TEMPLATE and use it as a sample to prepare your abstract.
Abstracts must be written in English using the template available below.
IMPORTANT : The uploaded Word file(s) must contain title, authors & affiliations and the actual abstract
Files supported: Word (.doc, .docx)
Maximum length of the abstract: 1 DIN A-4 page.
Set all margins (left, right, top, and bottom) to 25 mm.
Follow the instructions included in the template and detailed below.
·TITLE
The complete title should be capitalized, in the left of the page in Times New Roman font, 14 Point.
Title should be brief and clearly indicate the content.
·AUTHORS
Times New Roman size 10-point size, left.
Initials and Surnames for every author must be provided.
Do not include degrees or titles.
The name of the presenting author should be underlined.
An author's name appearing on more than one abstract must be identical in each case.
·AFFILIATIONS
Times New Roman size 10-point size, left.
The affiliations should be typed under the list of authors' names.
Each author should be listed by institution, city, state/province and country.
Do not include department, division, laboratory, etc.
In abstracts where the authors have different affiliations, please indicate for each author the number of the corresponding affiliation – use a superscript.
·TEXT
ALL text must be written in ENGLISH.
Abstract text must be in Arial font,11-point size,1.15 space between the lines and justified.
It should not exceed 300 words and should not contain any figures or tables. The Word count includes the title, authors and affiliations. Abstracts will be reproduced exactly as submitted and will not be edited in any way.
Abbreviations should be kept to a minimum. Use standard abbreviations generic drug names. Place unusual abbreviations or acronyms in parentheses after first use.
Do NOT identify author(s) or institution(s) in text. Make the abstract as informative as possible. Conclusions must be supported by data.
If it is possible, use this structure (without the headings):
· Background or Introduction
· Material and methods
· Results
· Conclusions
It is your responsibility to check that the abstract is correctly formatted and readable. No changes to the submitted abstracts will be made by the organization.
·TYPES OF PRESENTATION
ALL abstracts will be considered for Poster Presentation.
Some abstracts will be selected to be presented as Short Oral Poster Teaser Presentation (3 min) in the Symposia.
Presenting authors will be required to register for the Meeting.
Presentation details (session, date, time and format) will be sent with the notification of results to the authors.
