一、個(gè)人簡(jiǎn)介

  張楊,成都中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)中醫(yī)藥創(chuàng)新研究院副教授,長(zhǎng)期致力于生物信息學(xué)領(lǐng)域的研究工作,目前已成功開發(fā)了多個(gè)生物醫(yī)學(xué)相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)庫、算法和分析平臺(tái),為來自30多個(gè)國家和地區(qū)的科研人員提供了重要的服務(wù)和資源支持,其中部分工作對(duì)單細(xì)胞組學(xué)及RNA組學(xué)研究領(lǐng)域具有重要推動(dòng)作用,主要研究成果以第一作者或通訊作者的身份發(fā)表在《Nucleic Acids Research》、《Briefings in Bioinformatics》、《Bioinformatics》等生物信息學(xué)領(lǐng)域的頂級(jí)刊物上(IF高于15的論文2篇、IF高于10的論文4篇),目前已主持多項(xiàng)國家級(jí)和省部級(jí)科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目(主持國家自然科學(xué)基金1項(xiàng)、省部級(jí)自然科學(xué)基金2項(xiàng)、生物制藥企業(yè)橫向基金1項(xiàng))。郵箱:yangzhang@cdutcm.edu.cn。實(shí)驗(yàn)室網(wǎng)站:http://www.zhangy-lab.cn/。

(1) 中醫(yī)藥相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)資源整合及數(shù)據(jù)庫開發(fā);

(2) AI輔助的藥物設(shè)計(jì)研究;

(3) 單細(xì)胞測(cè)序數(shù)據(jù)挖掘及算法開發(fā)。
