徐海波，博士，三級教授，碩博士生導(dǎo)師，英國女王大學(xué)腫瘤生物學(xué)博士后，英國布里斯托大學(xué)分子藥理學(xué)博士后?，F(xiàn)為成都中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)藥學(xué)院中藥藥理學(xué)教研室主任，四川省學(xué)術(shù)技術(shù)帶頭人后備人選，四川省中醫(yī)藥管理局學(xué)術(shù)技術(shù)帶頭人，四川省海外高層次留學(xué)人才。擔(dān)任世界中醫(yī)藥學(xué)會聯(lián)合會道地藥材多維評價專委會理事，世界中醫(yī)藥學(xué)會聯(lián)合會代謝病專委會理事，中國中西醫(yī)結(jié)合學(xué)會活血化瘀專業(yè)委員會中藥藥理專家委員會副主任委員，中華中醫(yī)藥學(xué)會中藥實(shí)驗藥理分會委員，中國藥理學(xué)會中藥與天然藥物藥理專委會委員，中國中醫(yī)藥信息學(xué)會中藥藥理分會理事，四川省藥理學(xué)會理事，四川省藥理學(xué)會腫瘤藥理專委會副主任委員，全國高等中醫(yī)藥院校中藥學(xué)類專業(yè)雙語規(guī)劃教材建設(shè)指導(dǎo)委員會委員，Frontiers in Pharmacology和Frontiers in Oncology等SCI期刊編委，Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy等10多個SCI期刊審稿專家，成都天府海智計劃專家，四川歐美同學(xué)會第一屆理事會理事，四川省第八次歸僑僑眷代表大會代表。
主要從事中藥抗腫瘤和心血管病的藥理研究，主持科研項目近20項，其中國家自然科學(xué)基金面上項目2項，部省級項目5項。以第一位置作者、唯一或領(lǐng)頭通訊作者在Molecular Cancer、Pharmacology & Therapeutics、Cardiovascular Research等期刊發(fā)表SCI論文30余篇（含ESI高被引論文3篇、熱點(diǎn)論文2篇、Faculty Opinions優(yōu)秀論文1篇），編委國外專著《Nitric Oxide: Methods and Protocols》1部，申請國家發(fā)明專利2項。曾獲歐洲高血壓學(xué)會的歐洲研究者旅行基金獎1次、英國生理學(xué)會旅行基金獎2次、英國心臟基金會旅行基金獎1次、北愛爾蘭腫瘤研究學(xué)會旅行基金獎1次。
主持四川省教育廳藥理學(xué)雙語教學(xué)改革項目，主編全國高等中醫(yī)藥院校中藥學(xué)類專業(yè)雙語規(guī)劃教材《Chinese Medicinal Pharmacology》1部，編委《Pharmacology of Chinese Materia Medica》、《藥理學(xué)》等國家級教材5部。入選首批國家級一流本科課程1門。
培養(yǎng)四川省優(yōu)秀博士畢業(yè)生2人。
