劉菲
一、個(gè)人簡介
劉菲,博士,博士后,副教授,畢業(yè)于清華大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)部&北京協(xié)和醫(yī)學(xué)院藥物研究所,世界中醫(yī)藥學(xué)會(huì)聯(lián)合會(huì)道地藥材多維評(píng)價(jià)專業(yè)委員會(huì)會(huì)員、中華中醫(yī)藥協(xié)會(huì)會(huì)員。長期從事中藥藥效物質(zhì)基礎(chǔ)的相關(guān)研究,先后對(duì)藤石松、馬尾杉、粗糙馬尾杉、龍骨馬尾杉、鹿角杜鵑以及姜黃與莪術(shù)中的活性成分進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)研究,分離獲得單體成分400余個(gè),其中新成分100余個(gè),包含5個(gè)新穎骨架類結(jié)構(gòu)。主持國家自然科學(xué)基金、四川省自然科學(xué)基金、博士后基金面上項(xiàng)目、校基金等各級(jí)課題5項(xiàng)。課題組探索發(fā)現(xiàn)姜黃和莪術(shù)活血功效差異與其所含的倍半萜有關(guān),并發(fā)現(xiàn)姜黃沒藥烷型倍半萜類成分具有顯著的舒張血管作用,其作用機(jī)制與調(diào)控PI3K/Akt/eNOS通路有關(guān),為心腦血管疾病新藥開發(fā)提供了苗頭化合物。目前,以第一作者或通訊作者發(fā)表SCI論文19篇,包括1區(qū)top期刊Organic Letters和2區(qū)期刊Biomedicine & Pharmacotherapy、Bioorganic Chemistry、Journal of Natural Products等,且在Tetrahedron中發(fā)表論文被選為封面文章。此外,以通訊作者發(fā)表中文核心期刊論文10余篇,申請(qǐng)專利2項(xiàng)。
