  教授,博士生導(dǎo)師,“珠江學(xué)者”講座教授,“天府學(xué)者”特聘專家,國家中醫(yī)藥傳承創(chuàng)新團隊首席科學(xué)家,中國中醫(yī)科學(xué)院青蒿素研究中心副主任,首席研究員。主要研究青蒿素抗瘧、抗癌的機制以及其他藥物及天然產(chǎn)物的藥物靶標與作用機理。課題組結(jié)合化學(xué)生物學(xué)、蛋白質(zhì)組學(xué)、代謝組學(xué)、分子生物學(xué)以及單細胞測序等相關(guān)交叉領(lǐng)域的研究方法、圍繞藥物的作用靶點及其作用機制展開系統(tǒng)研究。近年來在包括青蒿素在內(nèi)的中藥及天然產(chǎn)物的靶標、作用機理和抗藥研究及細胞自噬藥物篩選平臺建立等方面取得了一系列研究進展與突破,近年來以通訊/第一作者在New England Journal of Medicine、 Lancet、Lancet Infectious Disease, Nature Communications、Nature Protocols、JACS、Angew. Chem. Intl. Ed.、ACS Central Science、ACS Nano、Autophagy、Trends in Pharmacological Sciences、Pharmacology & Therapeutics、Journal of Extracellular Vesicles、 Medicinal Research Reviews等國際高水平刊物上發(fā)表論文140余篇(影響因子>2500),其中影響因子大于1070余篇,撰寫Methods Enzymol.書籍章節(jié)3篇。同時兼職多種國際權(quán)威刊物的編委或?qū)徃迦?。近年來主持國家中醫(yī)藥傳承創(chuàng)新團隊項目,國自然面上,科技部重大專項子項目,科技部新藥創(chuàng)制專項子項目等國家、省市級課題20余項。申請專利20余項。
