一、個(gè)人簡(jiǎn)介
敖慧,博士、教授、碩士生導(dǎo)師,中醫(yī)藥創(chuàng)新研究院;學(xué)術(shù)任職和兼職;中華中醫(yī)藥學(xué)會(huì)中成藥分會(huì)副秘書(shū)長(zhǎng),主要從事中藥配伍理論及中藥品種、品質(zhì)與藥效研究;主持國(guó)家級(jí)課題1項(xiàng),省部級(jí)3項(xiàng),廳局級(jí)5項(xiàng),主研“973”、國(guó)家自然基金等國(guó)家級(jí)、省部級(jí)課題8項(xiàng)。發(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)論文90篇,其中以第一作者或通訊作者發(fā)表SCI18篇(最高影響因子11.208,含高被引1篇),合計(jì)影響因子100,中文核心30篇,一般10篇;出版教材2部,專(zhuān)著10部,其中副主編3部,編委7部。
二、代表性成果內(nèi)容簡(jiǎn)介
1.人參白術(shù)配伍緩解化療相關(guān)性腹瀉的增效機(jī)制研究
采用了16SrDNA技術(shù)深入探討人參皂苷和白術(shù)揮發(fā)油配伍治療化療后腹瀉的增效機(jī)制。16S rDNA擴(kuò)增子測(cè)序的結(jié)果表明人參白術(shù)有效組分配伍后能夠有效抑制5-Fu對(duì)小鼠糞便中腸道菌群整體結(jié)構(gòu)的變化。在門(mén)水平上,5-Fu顯著性升高了Firmicutes的相對(duì)豐度,降低了Proteobacteria的相對(duì)豐度和Firmicutes/Bacteroidetes(F/B)。在屬水平,5-Fu明顯增加了與腹瀉有關(guān)的潛在致病菌Bacteroides、Ruminococcus、Anaerotruncus和Desulfovibrio的相對(duì)豐度。單用人參皂苷或白術(shù)揮發(fā)油不能逆轉(zhuǎn)5-Fu造成的上述腸道菌群結(jié)構(gòu)和門(mén)、屬豐度的變化。然而,配伍后能夠有效地調(diào)節(jié)腸道菌群不同門(mén)的豐度接近正常組,恢復(fù)F/B的比例,并能在屬的水平上顯著抑制5-Fu對(duì)上述潛在致病菌的促進(jìn)作用和單用AMO和PGS對(duì)Blautia、Parabacteroides和Lactobacillus豐度變化的副作用。該結(jié)果為揭示相須藥對(duì)的科學(xué)內(nèi)涵提供了依據(jù)。
2.陽(yáng)春砂仁和綠殼砂仁揮發(fā)油比較研究
本研究采用GC-MS和化學(xué)計(jì)量學(xué)比較研究了陽(yáng)春砂仁和綠殼砂仁揮發(fā)油化學(xué)成分。結(jié)果表明:順式橙花苷只存在于綠殼砂仁揮發(fā)油中。乙酸龍腦酯和樟腦分別被認(rèn)為是區(qū)分二者最重要的成分。此外,層次聚類(lèi)分析(HCA)和主成分分析(PCA)成功地區(qū)分了兩種揮發(fā)油的化學(xué)成分。此外,偏最小二乘判別分析(PLS-DA)顯示乙酸龍腦酯、α-卡地諾、芳樟醇、β-月桂烯、樟腦、D-檸檬烯、萜品烯和冰片等成分可作為鑒別兩者的潛在標(biāo)記物。綜上所述,本研究為鑒別兩種砂仁提供了一種科學(xué)的方法。
