個人簡介
熊亮,博士、博士后,研究員,博士生導師,國家“優(yōu)秀青年基金”獲得者、四川省“杰出青年基金”獲得者、四川省首屆“萬人計劃”人才、四川省中醫(yī)藥學術(shù)和技術(shù)帶頭人、四川省學術(shù)技術(shù)帶頭人后備人選等。現(xiàn)為成都中醫(yī)藥大學“西南特色藥材創(chuàng)新藥物成分研究所”所長、中華中醫(yī)藥學會中醫(yī)藥防治重大疾病基礎(chǔ)研究平臺專家委員會委員、世界中醫(yī)藥聯(lián)合會中藥上市后再評價專業(yè)委員會“常務(wù)理事”、中國民族醫(yī)藥學會信息與大數(shù)據(jù)分會“常務(wù)理事”、國家自然科學基金評審專家、教育部學位論文評審專家、四川省食品藥品監(jiān)督管理局藥品注冊核查專家、四川省藥品安全專家委員會專家等。
致力于活血化瘀中藥治療婦科疾病和心腦血管疾病的物質(zhì)基礎(chǔ)及作用機制研究,以“闡釋活血化瘀中藥主要功效和傳統(tǒng)用途的現(xiàn)代科學本質(zhì)”為核心問題。近年來,選擇西南地區(qū)活血化瘀中藥開展現(xiàn)代研究,如“經(jīng)產(chǎn)良藥”之益母草、“上行頭目、下達血?!?nbsp;之川芎、“氣中血藥” 之姜黃與莪術(shù)、“化舊生新良藥” 之山莨菪、“通經(jīng)止痛要藥” 之紅花、“活血通經(jīng)、引血下行”之川牛膝等。共獲得1400余個中藥成分,其中新化合物400余個,新骨架化合物30個,發(fā)現(xiàn)了一系列具有顯著活性的中藥成分。主持國家自然科學基金優(yōu)秀青年基金、面上項目、青年基金、霍英東基金、四川省杰出青年基金、中國博士后基金、四川省應用基礎(chǔ)項目等17項,主研國家自然基金重大項目(排名第3)、重點項目(排名第2)、國家重大新藥創(chuàng)制專項、國家中藥標準化項目等重要課題。共發(fā)表學術(shù)論文150余篇,含SCI論文68篇,其中以第一作者或通訊作者發(fā)表SCI論文49篇,單篇最高他引次數(shù)111次;出版專著7部,其中副主編3部(含“十三五”規(guī)劃教材 1 部);獲得授權(quán)發(fā)明專利19項,含歐洲專利1項;獲得2017年度四川省科技進步獎一等獎,2019年度中醫(yī)藥國際貢獻獎-科技進步獎二等獎,2013年度華夏醫(yī)學科技獎二等獎。
