一、個人簡介

裴瑾,博士,教授,博士生導(dǎo)師。西南特色中藥資源國家重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室常務(wù)副主任,藥學(xué)院/現(xiàn)代中藥產(chǎn)業(yè)學(xué)院副院長。

國家中藥種質(zhì)資源庫技術(shù)負(fù)責(zé)人,中藥材標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化教育部重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室副主任。中華中醫(yī)藥學(xué)會中藥鑒定專業(yè)委員會副會長,世界中醫(yī)藥學(xué)會聯(lián)合會道地藥材多維評價專業(yè)委員會秘書長,中國食品藥品企業(yè)質(zhì)量安全促進(jìn)會區(qū)塊鏈委員會副主任委員。四川省學(xué)術(shù)和技術(shù)帶頭人,四川省中醫(yī)藥學(xué)術(shù)和技術(shù)帶頭人,四川省中醫(yī)藥重點(diǎn)學(xué)科——藥用植物學(xué)帶頭人,國家一流本科專業(yè)“中藥資源與開發(fā)”負(fù)責(zé)人,規(guī)劃教材《中藥資源學(xué)》主編。

圍繞中藥資源可持續(xù)發(fā)展重大戰(zhàn)略需求,從事中藥資源保存與質(zhì)量提升、道地藥材品質(zhì)形成機(jī)制和調(diào)控研究。構(gòu)建我國中藥種質(zhì)低溫保存技術(shù)體系,主持國家財政部、國家中醫(yī)藥管理局專項(xiàng)“中藥種質(zhì)資源庫”、中藥資源保障能力提升項(xiàng)目“中藥資源戰(zhàn)略性收集保存與保護(hù)”及四川省科技支撐計劃“中藥種質(zhì)資源庫建設(shè)關(guān)鍵技術(shù)研究及示范”等;主持“全國第四次中藥資源普查四川2017-2019內(nèi)業(yè)整理”,鑒定四川省46個縣蠟葉標(biāo)本13萬份、藥材3500余份、種苗2200余份;構(gòu)建基于中藥品質(zhì)形成分子機(jī)制的“中藥品質(zhì)育種”研究策略,圍繞紅花、川牛膝、白芷等川產(chǎn)道地藥材品質(zhì)形成及新品種培育開展系統(tǒng)研究,主持國家自然科學(xué)基金“基于響應(yīng)環(huán)境-調(diào)控合成功能基因解析紅花有效成分積累的分子機(jī)制”“基于‘靶態(tài)’表型組與Stacking集成學(xué)習(xí)解析番紅花 ‘葉-種球’表里關(guān)系構(gòu)建種球質(zhì)量預(yù)測模型”、四川省“十四五”育種攻關(guān)“突破性道地中藥材育種材料和方法創(chuàng)新及新品種選育——紅花”等,挖掘中藥品質(zhì)特性功能基因、開展中藥新品種選育,并指導(dǎo)生產(chǎn);致力于中藥標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化研究,主持/參與ISO中醫(yī)藥國際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)“中藥-西紅花”“中藥-紅花”的制定及“泰國常用中藥質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化”項(xiàng)目等。

Industrial Crops & Products、Phytomedicine、BMC Plant Biology、藥學(xué)學(xué)報、中國中藥雜志等發(fā)表論文兩百余篇,包括一區(qū)TOP、高被引論文;副主編“十二五”“十三五”國家重大出版工程項(xiàng)目《中國藥用植物志》(第三卷)、《中國臨床藥物大辭典》(飲片卷、中藥成方制劑卷),《新編中國藥材學(xué)》(第七卷),2021年獲中國政府出版獎。
