一、個(gè)人簡(jiǎn)介

教授,博士/碩士導(dǎo)師,國(guó)家優(yōu)秀青年基金獲得者?,F(xiàn)為成都中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)中醫(yī)藥創(chuàng)新研究院/交叉學(xué)科研究院副院長(zhǎng)。入選中組部“西部之光”青年學(xué)者(A類)、中科院青年創(chuàng)新促進(jìn)會(huì)會(huì)員、四川省杰出青年科技人才、四川省引進(jìn)高層次青年人才、云南省“萬(wàn)人計(jì)劃”等。主要學(xué)術(shù)兼職包括中國(guó)中藥協(xié)會(huì)中藥材檢測(cè)認(rèn)證技術(shù)專業(yè)委員會(huì)委員、中國(guó)生態(tài)學(xué)學(xué)會(huì)化學(xué)生態(tài)專業(yè)委員會(huì)委員、The Innovation青年編委、Natural Product & Bioprospecting青年編委等。

二、研究領(lǐng)域

長(zhǎng)期從事藥用植物活性天然產(chǎn)物形成機(jī)制與合成生物學(xué)研究,主持國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金優(yōu)秀青年基金、NSFC-云南聯(lián)合基金重點(diǎn)等國(guó)家級(jí)和省部級(jí)科研項(xiàng)目10余項(xiàng)。建立“合成生物學(xué)-多組學(xué)-中藥化學(xué)”中藥生物合成基因高效發(fā)掘體系,解析名貴中藥重樓活性成分稀有重樓皂苷連續(xù)糖基化生物合成的6個(gè)糖基轉(zhuǎn)移酶PpUGT1-6及催化機(jī)制,發(fā)現(xiàn)重樓皂苷顯著抗皮膚癬菌活性與初步作用機(jī)制;鑒定佤藥/基諾藥米團(tuán)花中二倍半萜生物合成關(guān)鍵酶GFDPS,填補(bǔ)了國(guó)際上半個(gè)世紀(jì)以來(lái)對(duì)該類重要活性天然產(chǎn)物生物合成途徑認(rèn)識(shí)的空白;鑒定首個(gè)催化合成最大碳環(huán)骨架二倍半萜的新穎萜類合酶LcTPS2,發(fā)現(xiàn)產(chǎn)物顯著抗炎免疫活性和作用機(jī)制;從白族藥火把花中鑒定首個(gè)高度雜泛植物萜類合酶CcTPS1,為揭示藥用植物物質(zhì)基礎(chǔ)多樣性和復(fù)雜性成因提供科學(xué)依據(jù);從滇南常用草藥中發(fā)現(xiàn)高性能杜松烯合酶基因,實(shí)現(xiàn)了重要天然產(chǎn)物杜松烯高效異源合成。建立藥用植物生物合成特色元件庫(kù),庫(kù)容元件超過(guò)200個(gè)。以第一/通訊作者在Angewandte Chemie International Edition、Plant Cell (封面文章)、Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B、Natural Product Reports等發(fā)表SCI論文30余篇,包括中科院一區(qū)論文9篇,獲省部級(jí)自然科學(xué)一等獎(jiǎng)1項(xiàng),獲授權(quán)發(fā)明專利4項(xiàng)。
