一、個人簡介

胡凱鋒,博士、教授、博士生導師、畢業(yè)于瑞士聯(lián)邦蘇黎世高等理工學院,獲液態(tài)核磁共振技術博士,曾在美國NIH任研究助理,美國威斯康星大學任助理科學家?,F(xiàn)任成都中醫(yī)藥大學教授,課題組長,四川省“特聘專家”;兼任Phytochemical Analysis (PCA) 編委,中國生物物理學會代謝組學分會理事,中國生物物理學會生物磁共振專業(yè)委員會委員。

主要結(jié)合核磁共振技術和液質(zhì)聯(lián)用技術開展以下領域研究:(1)代謝組學;(2)結(jié)構(gòu)生物學;(3)復雜混合物核磁共振和液質(zhì)聯(lián)用技術定性、定量方法開發(fā);(4)中藥藥效物質(zhì)基礎與作用機制。

注重理論和技術方法創(chuàng)新,開發(fā)了一序列用于生物大分子研究的核磁共振新方法,以及用于代謝組學研究的定性、定量分析方法。拓展新技術、新方法的應用研究,借鑒代謝組學分析策略用于藥效物質(zhì)成分分析,開展疾病相關蛋白質(zhì)的結(jié)構(gòu)與功能關系研究,發(fā)展改良核磁共振方法用于靶向蛋白質(zhì)的活性分子篩選研究。發(fā)表SCI論文近50多篇。
