一、主題
Ⅰ.Theme:
成都中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)第二屆國際生物醫(yī)藥與中醫(yī)藥青年論壇將于2018年12月27日-29日在四川成都舉辦，論壇邀請海內(nèi)外優(yōu)秀人才，圍繞國際前沿生物醫(yī)藥與中醫(yī)藥問題展開學(xué)術(shù)交流與探討，促進(jìn)學(xué)科交叉與學(xué)術(shù)創(chuàng)新，增進(jìn)相互合作與互信，加深對成都中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)的全面了解，促成高層次人才回國建功立業(yè)。
The 2nd International Youth Forum on Biomedicine and Traditional Chinese Medicine will be hosted by Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine (CDUTCM) on December 27th to 29th, 2018 in Chengdu, Sichuan Province. Domestic and overseas talents are invited to communicate and discuss international frontier issues as biomedicine and traditional Chinese medicine, which aims to promote interdisciplinary construction and academic innovation, enhance mutual cooperation and trust, deepen a comprehensive understanding of CDUTCM as well as promote high-level talents to return to China and make contributions.
論壇設(shè)主論壇及分論壇，主要涉及中醫(yī)學(xué)、中藥學(xué)、中西醫(yī)結(jié)合、基礎(chǔ)醫(yī)學(xué)、臨床醫(yī)學(xué)、生物學(xué)、藥學(xué)、公共衛(wèi)生及預(yù)防醫(yī)學(xué)、生物醫(yī)學(xué)工程、醫(yī)學(xué)大數(shù)據(jù)及人工智能等多個學(xué)科和研究領(lǐng)域。
The forum consists of main forum and sub-forums, mainly covering subjects and research areas as traditional Chinese medicine, traditional Chinese pharmacy, integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine, basic medicine, clinical medicine, biology, pharmacy, public health and preventive medicine, biomedical engineering, medical big data and artificial intelligence.
二、重點邀請對象

1.年齡不超過40周歲，具有國內(nèi)“世界一流”建設(shè)學(xué)?；蚝Ｍ庵髮W(xué)博士學(xué)位的優(yōu)秀青年人才。（海外知名大學(xué)參照ARWU排名（世界大學(xué)學(xué)術(shù)排名）前500名大學(xué)（附件1），下同）
Age under 40, excellent young talents with doctoral degrees from “Double-First” universities in China or from top universities aboard (Throughout this invitation, top universities aboard means ARWU top 500 universities (attachment 1)).
2. 年齡不超過40周歲，在國內(nèi)取得博士學(xué)位且具有海外知名大學(xué)/研究機構(gòu)博士后或3年以上科研工作經(jīng)歷的優(yōu)秀青年人才。
Age under 40, excellent young talents with doctoral degrees from top universities in China, engaged in post-doctoral in top universities or research institutes abroad; or have over 3 years’ experience of scientific research.
3. 在相關(guān)學(xué)科領(lǐng)域取得一定成績或具有發(fā)展?jié)摿Φ钠渌麅?yōu)秀青年人才。
Young talents who get certain achievements or talents with potential for development in relevant disciplines.
4. 特別歡迎“四青人才”、“高被引科學(xué)家”等優(yōu)秀青年學(xué)者參會交流。

The invited scholars are required to delivery receipts(which can be downloaded on website http://210.41.222.242:8080) to confirm participation within 1 week after receiving the invitation letter.

Ⅴ.Transportation and Accommodation
1.論壇期間學(xué)校全程免費提供五星級標(biāo)準(zhǔn)食宿。
CDUTCM will offer five-star standard accommodations for free.
2.學(xué)校將為參會學(xué)者報銷來校參會的國內(nèi)外往返機票費用（歐美等地最高不超過1.5萬元(人民幣，下同)/人，亞洲國家最高不超過1萬元/人、中國大陸（境內(nèi)）及港澳臺地區(qū)最高不超過0.5萬元/人，實報實銷）
CDUTCM will book round-trip airline tickets for participates for free. If participates book air tickets themselves first, CDUTCM will cover the round-trip fee (at most 15,000RMB per capita for scholars from Western countries, at most 10,000RMB per capita for scholars from Asia, and at most 5,000RMB per capita for scholars from Mainland China and Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan.

Introduction of Chengdu University of TCM
成都中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)座落于物華天寶、人杰地靈的西蜀天府、錦繡成都，是一所以中醫(yī)藥學(xué)科為主體，兼有理、工、管、文、教等多學(xué)科相關(guān)專業(yè)相互支撐、協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的四川省屬重點高校，四川省人民政府與國家中醫(yī)藥管理局共建高校，教育部“世界一流學(xué)科”建設(shè)高校。
Located in the Chengdu City of Sichuan, a place with abundant resources and profound culture, Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine is a provincial key university of Sichuan Province and is co-constructed by the provincial government and the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine(SATCM). With traditional Chinese medicine as its leading subject, CDUTCM is characterized by the harmonious integration of science, engineering, management, liberal arts and education. It is selected as one of " World First Class Discipline " universities as well.
學(xué)校“十二五”以來，新上國家科技重大專項、國家973計劃、國家自然科學(xué)基金重大項目、社會科學(xué)基金重大項目等國家級項目295項；獲得各級各類獎勵100余項，其中國家科技進(jìn)步二等獎3項，省科技進(jìn)步特等獎1項、一等獎11項。
Since “12th Five-Year Plan”, CDUTCM newly added 295 national-level projects such as the National Science and Technology Major Project, the National 973 Program, the National Natural Science Foundation Major Project, and the Social Science Foundation Major Project. It has won more than 100 awards as 3 second prizes of National Science and Technology Progress Award, 1 special prize and 11 first prizes of Sichuan Provincial Scientific and Technology Progress.
學(xué)校是全國首批中醫(yī)藥學(xué)博士、碩士學(xué)位授權(quán)點，首批臨床醫(yī)學(xué)（碩士、博士）專業(yè)學(xué)位試點單位?，F(xiàn)有一級學(xué)科博士學(xué)位授權(quán)點3個、二級學(xué)科博士學(xué)位授權(quán)點21個，有一級學(xué)科碩士授權(quán)點7個、二級學(xué)科碩士學(xué)位授權(quán)點49個，有博士后流動站3個。有國家級重點學(xué)科4個、國家級特色專業(yè)6個、國家級精品課程5門、國家級優(yōu)秀教學(xué)團(tuán)隊3個、國家級人才培養(yǎng)模式創(chuàng)新實驗區(qū)1個。
CDUTCM is one of the earliest universities that qualified to confer doctoral and master degree of TCM and is also the first trial unit of doctoral and master professional degree on clinical medicine. It offers 3 doctoral degree programs of the first level disciplines, 21 doctoral degree programs of the second level disciplines,7 master’s degree programs of the first level disciplines, 49 master’s degree programs of the second-level disciplines and 3 post-doctoral research stations. In addition, there are 4 national key subjects, 6 national special majors, 5 national top courses, 3 national good teaching groups, and one innovative/ experimental garden.
學(xué)校有各級各類實驗室、研究中心70余個，其中有國家重點實驗室培育基地、國家級實驗教學(xué)示范中心、國家中醫(yī)藥虛擬仿真實驗教學(xué)示范中心、中藥飲片炮制國家地方聯(lián)合工程研究中心、國家中藥材種質(zhì)資源庫（四川）、教育部重點實驗室、教育部工程技術(shù)研究中心、國家中醫(yī)藥管理局重點研究室、國家中醫(yī)藥管理局中醫(yī)藥科研實驗室（三級）等。
There are more than 70 labs and research centers, such as the State Key Laboratory Base, the State-Level Experimental Teaching Model Center, the State TCM Virtual Simulation Teaching Demonstration Center, the State-Local Joint TCM Herbal Pieces Processing Research Center, the State TCM Germplasms Resource Library, the Education Ministry Key Laboratory, the Education Ministry Engineering Research Center, the Key Laboratory of SATCM, and the TCM Research Laboratory of SATCM(3rd Level)
近年來，學(xué)校大力實施人才強校戰(zhàn)略，實施“杏林學(xué)者”人才工程，設(shè)立學(xué)術(shù)榮譽體系，出臺學(xué)科人才科研提升計劃，建立院士專家工作站，打造動態(tài)科研機構(gòu)，形成了一支以國醫(yī)大師和學(xué)術(shù)大師為引領(lǐng)，以“杰青”、“長江”、“萬人”等為學(xué)術(shù)帶頭人，青年英才為骨干的人才隊伍。學(xué)校將進(jìn)一步加大高層次人才引進(jìn)和服務(wù)，大力改善高層次人才工作生活條件，在薪酬待遇、住房安家、平臺建設(shè)、科研經(jīng)費等方面予以全方位有力支持。
In recent years, CDUTCM has vigorously implemented the strategy of “Developing University with Talents” and the construction project of “Xinglin Scholars”. An academic honor system has been set up and a scientific research plan has been introduced. An academician and experts workstation have been established as part of dynamic scientific research institutions. A talent team has been formed with the masters of TCM and academy as the leaders, “Outstanding Young Talents”, “The scholar of the Yangtze River”, talents of “10,000 Talents Plan” as the academic leaders, and young talents as the backbone. The school will further promote the introduction and service of high-level talents, improve the working and living conditions of high-level talents, and provide comprehensive support in salary, housing, platform construction, and research funding.
