  Ⅰ.Theme:

成都中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)第四屆國際生物醫(yī)藥與中醫(yī)藥青年云論壇將邀請海內(nèi)外優(yōu)秀人才，圍繞國際前沿生物醫(yī)藥與中醫(yī)藥問題展開學(xué)術(shù)交流與探討，促進(jìn)學(xué)科交叉與學(xué)術(shù)創(chuàng)新，增進(jìn)相互合作與互信，加深對成都中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)的全面了解，促成高層次人才來校建功立業(yè)。

The 4^th International Youth Online Forum on Biomedicine and Traditional Chinese Medicine will be hosted by Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine (CDUTCM) on December. Domestic and overseas talents are warmly invited to communicate and discuss international frontier issues as biomedicine and traditional Chinese medicine, which aims to promote interdisciplinary construction and academic innovation, enhance mutual cooperation and trust, deepen a comprehensive understanding of CDUTCM as well as promote high-level talents build a successful career in CDUTCM.

論壇設(shè)主論壇及分論壇，主要涉及中醫(yī)學(xué)、中藥學(xué)、中西醫(yī)結(jié)合、基礎(chǔ)醫(yī)學(xué)、臨床醫(yī)學(xué)、生物學(xué)、藥學(xué)、生物醫(yī)學(xué)工程、醫(yī)學(xué)大數(shù)據(jù)及人工智能等多個學(xué)科和研究領(lǐng)域。

The forum consists of main forum and sub-forums, mainly covering subjects and research areas as traditional Chinese medicine, traditional Chinese pharmacy, integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine, basic medicine, clinical medicine, biology, pharmacy, biomedical engineering, medical big data and artificial intelligence.

1. Age under 40, excellent young talents with doctoral degrees from word-class universities in China or from top universities aboard (In this invitation, top universities aboard means ARWU top 500 universities).

2. 年齡不超過40周歲，在國內(nèi)取得博士學(xué)位且具有海外知名大學(xué)/研究機(jī)構(gòu)博士后或3年以上科研工作經(jīng)歷的優(yōu)秀青年人才。

2. Age under 40, excellent young talents with doctoral degrees from top universities in China engaged in post-doctoral career from top universities or research institutes abroad; or has over 3 years’ experience of scientific research.

Introduction of Chengdu University of TCM

成都中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)坐落于物華天寶、人杰地靈的西蜀天府、錦繡成都，是一所以中醫(yī)藥學(xué)科為主體，兼有理、工、管、文、教等多學(xué)科相關(guān)專業(yè)相互支撐、協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的四川省屬重點(diǎn)高校，教育部、四川省人民政府與國家中醫(yī)藥管理局共建高校，國家“雙一流學(xué)科”建設(shè)高校。

Located in Chengdu City of Sichuan, a place with abundant resources and profound culture, Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine is a provincial key university of Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China and Sichuan Province and is co-constructed by the provincial government and the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine (SATCM). With traditional Chinese medicine as its leading subject, CDUTCM is characterized by the harmonious integration of science, engineering, management, liberal arts and education. It is selected as one of National "double first class" discipline construction universities as well.

 “十三五”以來，學(xué)校新上國家科技重大專項(xiàng)、國家自然科學(xué)基金、社會科學(xué)基金等國家級項(xiàng)目238項(xiàng)；獲得各級各類獎勵92項(xiàng)，其中國家級教學(xué)成果一等獎1項(xiàng)、二等獎1項(xiàng)，四川省優(yōu)秀教學(xué)成果一等獎4項(xiàng)，省科學(xué)技術(shù)杰出貢獻(xiàn)獎1項(xiàng)，省科技進(jìn)步一等獎6項(xiàng)、二等獎9項(xiàng)。

Since “13th Five-Year Plan”, CDUTCM newly added 238 national-level projects such as the National Science and Technology Major Project, the National Natural Science Foundation Major Project, and the Major Projects of National Social Science Foundation. It has won 92 awards at various levels, including 1 first prize and 1 second prize for National Teaching Achievement Award; 4 first prizes for Outstanding Teaching Achievements in Sichuan Province, 1 outstanding contribution award, 6 first prizes and 9 second prizes for Scientific and Technological Progress of Sichuan Province, and first prize.

學(xué)校是全國首批中醫(yī)藥學(xué)博士、碩士學(xué)位授權(quán)點(diǎn)，首批臨床醫(yī)學(xué)（碩士、博士）專業(yè)學(xué)位試點(diǎn)單位?，F(xiàn)有一級學(xué)科博士學(xué)位授權(quán)點(diǎn)3個、二級學(xué)科博士學(xué)位授權(quán)點(diǎn)25個，有一級學(xué)科碩士授權(quán)點(diǎn)7個、二級學(xué)科碩士學(xué)位授權(quán)點(diǎn)58個，有博士后流動站3個。有國家級重點(diǎn)學(xué)科4個、國家級一流專業(yè)4個、國家級精品課程5門、國家級優(yōu)秀教學(xué)團(tuán)隊(duì)3個、國家級人才培養(yǎng)模式創(chuàng)新實(shí)驗(yàn)區(qū)1個。

CDUTCM is one of the earliest universities that qualified to confer doctoral and master degree of TCM and is also the first trial unit of doctoral and master professional degree on clinical medicine. It offers 3 doctoral degree programs of the first level disciplines, 58doctoral degree programs of the second level disciplines,7 master’s degree programs of the first level disciplines, 58 master’s degree programs of the second-level disciplines and 3 post-doctoral research stations. In addition, there are 4 national key subjects, 4 first-class disciplines, 5 national top courses, 3 national good teaching groups, and one national talent Training model innovation experimental area.

學(xué)校有各級各類實(shí)驗(yàn)室、研究中心74個，其中有西南特色中藥資源國家重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室、國家級實(shí)驗(yàn)教學(xué)示范中心、國家中醫(yī)藥虛擬仿真實(shí)驗(yàn)教學(xué)示范中心、中藥飲片炮制國家地方聯(lián)合工程研究中心、國家中藥材種質(zhì)資源庫（四川）、教育部2011協(xié)同創(chuàng)新中心西南道地藥材省部共建協(xié)同創(chuàng)新中心、教育部重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室、教育部工程技術(shù)研究中心、國家中醫(yī)藥管理局重點(diǎn)研究室、國家中醫(yī)藥管理局中醫(yī)藥科研實(shí)驗(yàn)室（三級）等。

There are 74 labs and research centers, such as the Key Laboratory of Characteristic Chinese Medicine Resources in Southwest China, the State-Level Experimental Teaching Model Center, the State TCM Virtual Simulation Teaching Demonstration Center, the State-Local Joint TCM Herbal Pieces Processing Research Center, the State TCM Germplasms Resource Library (Sichuan), the Education Ministry Collaborative Innovation Center of Southwest Genuine medicinal materials，the Education Ministry Key Laboratory, the Education Ministry Engineering Research Center, the Key Laboratory of SATCM, and the TCM Research Laboratory of SATCM(3rd Level).

近年來，學(xué)校大力實(shí)施人才強(qiáng)校戰(zhàn)略，實(shí)施“杏林學(xué)者”人才工程，設(shè)立學(xué)術(shù)榮譽(yù)體系，出臺學(xué)科人才科研提升計劃，建立院士專家工作站，打造動態(tài)科研機(jī)構(gòu)，形成了一支以國醫(yī)大師和學(xué)術(shù)大師為引領(lǐng)，以國家級人才等為學(xué)術(shù)帶頭人，青年英才為骨干的人才隊(duì)伍。學(xué)校將進(jìn)一步加大高層次人才引進(jìn)和服務(wù)，大力改善高層次人才工作生活條件，在薪酬待遇、住房安家、平臺建設(shè)、科研經(jīng)費(fèi)等方面予以全方位有力支持。

In recent years, CDUTCM has vigorously implemented the strategy of “Developing University with Talents” and the construction project of “Xinglin Scholars”. An academic honor system has been set up and a scientific research plan has been introduced. An academician and expert workstation have been established as part of dynamic scientific research institutions. A talent team has been formed with the masters of TCM and academy as the leaders, National talents as the academic leaders, and young talents as the backbone. The school will further promote the introduction and service of high-level talents, improve the working and living conditions of high-level talents, and provides comprehensive support in salary, housing, platform construction, and research funding.
