針對(duì)近期新型冠狀病毒感染的肺炎疫情，四川省委、省政府高度重視，統(tǒng)一部署，于1月24日啟動(dòng)了全省重大突發(fā)公共衛(wèi)生事件一級(jí)響應(yīng)，各項(xiàng)疫情防控工作有序有效展開(kāi)。在此，我辦提醒在川的各位外籍人士：

To the outbreak of pneumonia caused by the novel coronavirus (2019-nCoV), the CPC Sichuan Committee and Sichuan Provincial Government have attached great importance to it and made unified deployments. On January 24, 2020, the level I public health emergency response was initiated, the prevention and control work have been made in an orderly and effectively way. Hereby, we call attention to all foreign friends in Sichuan following practices:

一、關(guān)注權(quán)威信息
請(qǐng)關(guān)注四川省衛(wèi)生健康委員會(huì)“健康四川官微”、“川報(bào)觀察”等官方媒體微信公眾號(hào)和微博，獲取新型冠狀病毒感染的肺炎疫情官方權(quán)威信息通報(bào)，了解四川省定點(diǎn)醫(yī)院名單和有關(guān)疫情防控指引措施等信息，也可致電四川省衛(wèi)生健康委值班電話(huà)：028—86131488，了解相關(guān)信息。

I.Follow authoritative information. Refer to the news by“jiankangsichuan guanwei”(the official wechat and weibo account run by Sichuan Health Commission) and other official wechat accounts such as “chuanbaoguancha” for the updated information of the epidemic, the list of designated hospitals in Sichuan, and prevention and treatment guide. 二、加強(qiáng)自我防護(hù)
保持良好的個(gè)人衛(wèi)生習(xí)慣，注意勤洗手?？人?、打噴嚏時(shí)應(yīng)使用紙巾捂住口鼻，不隨地吐痰，廢棄口罩按規(guī)定規(guī)范投放。適當(dāng)開(kāi)窗通風(fēng)，注意保持室內(nèi)環(huán)境衛(wèi)生。避免接觸野生或禽類(lèi)動(dòng)物，減少生冷食物攝入，食用熟食，多喝熱水。

II. Strengthen self-protection. Keep good hygiene by washing hands often with soap or alcohol-based sanitizer. Cover cough or sneeze with a tissue. No spitting. Dump used masks according to regulations. Keep proper ventilation and rooms clean.Avoid close contact with any wild animals or poultry. Eggs and meat should be thoroughly cooked. Drink more hot water.

三、減少外出活動(dòng)
盡量避免前往人員密集的場(chǎng)所，盡量減少聚會(huì)、聚餐等群體活動(dòng)。若必須前往，請(qǐng)正確佩戴口罩。若出現(xiàn)發(fā)熱、咳嗽、胸悶、乏力等癥狀，須佩戴口罩前往我省定點(diǎn)醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)就診。

III. Minimize outdoor activities. Avoid crowded places, parties and group activities.Correctly wear a mask if you have to go and attend one. If you have mild to severe respiratory symptoms of fever, cough, breathing difficulty or fatigue,please go to a designated hospital with a mask on.

四、配合參與聯(lián)防聯(lián)控
如果您近期曾到訪過(guò)疫情高發(fā)地區(qū)或接觸過(guò)疫情高發(fā)地區(qū)的來(lái)川人員，要密切關(guān)注自身的身體狀況，盡量居家休息，減少外出活動(dòng)。如有不適應(yīng)當(dāng)及時(shí)向當(dāng)?shù)丶膊☆A(yù)防控制機(jī)構(gòu)或指定部門(mén)報(bào)告。如果有當(dāng)?shù)卣?、社區(qū)工作人員、醫(yī)務(wù)人員做疫情防控登記詢(xún)問(wèn)您的情況，請(qǐng)予以理解支持并積極配合相關(guān)工作。

IV. Join in the massive prevention and control efforts. If you have visited the infected area (back to Sichuan), or contacted with people who are from the epidemic area, please closely observe your health condition, stay at home. If you feel uncomfortable please report to the local Disease Control authorities or designated departments. Please cooperate with government or community personnel or medical staff if they inquire about your condition.
